Site owner
NexChat is being established and is not yet operated in the name of a company. The site owner’s legal name and address will be published on this page once that is done.
Scope
This is a promotional site for the NexChat product. Nothing is sold and no service is provided here; you don’t need an account to use it.
Nature of the content
The text, screen drawings and sample conversations on the site are for information and to explain the product. They are not an offer, a commitment or a guarantee of any result. Features marked “Planned” are not available yet; their timing may change or they may be dropped.
Product agreement
The scope, price, term and handling of data for the product are set in a separate written agreement between the parties. These terms do not replace that agreement; if the two differ, the agreement applies.
Intellectual property
All rights in the NexChat name, logo, the site’s design, text and screen drawings are reserved. They may not be copied, altered or published elsewhere without written permission. You may quote briefly with attribution.
Using the site
Don’t use the site for any unlawful purpose, and don’t do anything that disrupts its operation or strains its security.
Limit of liability
The site is provided “as is”. It is not promised to run without interruption or error, or that its content is always current. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of information on the site.
Changes
These terms may change from time to time; the current version is published on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the current terms.
Governing law
Turkish law applies to these terms.
