Privacy notice

This page explains how the NexChat website handles your personal data, as required by Article 10 of Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It’s short, because the site handles almost none.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Data controller

NexChat has not yet been set up as a company; it is being established. The data controller’s legal name and address will be published on this page once that is done. Until then, use the email address at the end of this page for any request.

What personal data is handled

The site has no accounts, sign-up, or form that sends your details to a server; you don’t need to give any personal data to browse it.

If you email us, what is in your email is handled: your name, email address, your company if you wrote it, and the content of your message. The “Book a demo” button only opens a draft in your email app; nothing reaches us until you send it.

Purpose

These details are used only to reply to you, answer your questions and arrange the call you asked for. They are not used for any other purpose.

How it is collected, and the legal basis

Data reaches us only through the email you choose to send; there is no automatic collection.

The legal basis, under Article 5(2) of KVKK: handling your request for a call, to the extent it relates directly to forming a contract (point c), and the data controller’s legitimate interest in being able to reply to your message (point f).

Transfers

Your data is not sold and is not shared with anyone for advertising. Correspondence is kept on the infrastructure of the provider we use for email and the domain name; that provider may be located abroad, and any transfer follows Article 9 of KVKK. Information may be given to authorised public bodies if they make a lawful request.

Retention

Correspondence is kept until the conversation and any legal retention obligations have ended; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising tools. To remember your light/dark theme choice, a single value is written to your browser’s local storage; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Hosting logs

The infrastructure serving the site may keep short-lived access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for technical security.

Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

By applying to the data controller, you can ask to:

  • find out whether your personal data is handled and, if so, request information
  • learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
  • know the parties it is transferred to, in Turkey or abroad
  • have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
  • have it deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK, and have that communicated to the parties it was transferred to
  • object if an outcome against you results from analysis exclusively by automated systems
  • claim compensation if you suffer harm from unlawful handling

How to apply

Write to the email address at the end of this page, with enough information to verify your identity and a clear description of your request. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest. If you find the reply insufficient, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. A postal address for written requests will be published here once the data controller’s details are available.

Changes

This notice may change; the current version is always on this page. If the site starts using analytics or third-party tools, this notice is updated together with it.
